I have had the pleasure of working with Alexandra Lund with Atlific Hotels for the past 5 years as the Fort McMurray Hotel Groups Reservations Manager. Alex has assisted the Regional Sales team in so many aspects outside her role that she herself became a sales leader. Her ability to Multitask and to take charge of customer matters has always solidified my confidence in her capabilities as a Reservations Manager. Her personal connections with not only her follow team but her praise from Clients has always been a wonderful trait to have in someone in her role. I know I can speak for the entire team in saying our jobs could not, would not, have been as seamless had it not have been for Alexandra Lund. Alex, in the past couple of years has found more of a passion in Revenue Management and with great coaching from her peers she has an incredible grasp of the concept and of the needs of her General Manager and what she needs to do to succeed. Alex you are an asset to Atlific Hotels, the Fort McMurray Hotel Group and your Sales team who attribute our successes to an amazing team!
