I hired Alix onto my team at Pega and she immediately made an impact on the team. She is a quick learner and always welcomed a challenging role to work on, and always had results. After joining, she was immediately put on a few of critical roles that needed immediate attention, and she filled them all within months - she had a strategy, provided daily updates and sold the candidates on why Pega should be their employer of choice. She also worked on very niche high level Account Executives, Marketing and Legal roles, while always thinking outside the box and executing.
