  - Preparation of Diagnosis stage: planning of the mission, conduction of interviews, study of the business process and elaboration of business processes' flow-charts, analysis of inherent risks, analysis of quality of control environment set and identification of main risks and possible weak areas, information extraction, sampling selection based on risk criteria (risk based approach), preparation of Diagnosis report, etc.), applying Lean Six Sigma methodology (SIPOC, CFT/CTQ, FMEA, ishikawa diagram, etc). - Work side stage: analysis of documentation and other information, reconciliation and other testing procedures, analysis of business process built, check of its efficiency (applying process based approach), staff managing during the mission, compilation of results. - Reporting and archiving stage: preparation of the audit trail and working papers (parts of Audit report). Presentation of audit report for Internal Audit management and CEO of the Bank. - Further audit recommendations follow-up: participation in ongoing control - follow up of audit recommendations issued. - Methodological work: participation in: internal Department's projects (currently related to elaboration of internal methodology) - Staff coaching, self education: provision of trainings and consultations for more junior colleagues, newcomers and other colleagues, self preparation for CIA, etc.
