      I was invited to the Distillery at the moment when the company opened Delivery offices in Argentina and Mexico (prior to this, all development team was conducted from the Russia, the Sales & Marketing team based in the US). Responsibilities: * The full management of the HR department at the Global level (team up to 15 recruiters and 9 HRs in different countries) * Improvement and automation of internal business processes * Performing the function of HR analytics, developing regular reporting for the top management Achievements: 1. Formed an HR strategy aimed at intensive growth in several countries 2.
