      My responsibilites are included in administrative and financial departments. I also provide all the support to the external accounting company. As administrativ point of view, the tasks consist in: negotiating the contracts with the new suppliers or the current ones in order to reduce the costs, managing the cleaning staff in order to maintain the functionality’s office activity, being in permanent touch with the administrator of the offices building in order to do any necessary repairs. I am cooperating permanently with the Human Resources department for a better management of the resignations/hiring flow.
