Dr. Allana Todman-Da Graca

Going to work at EF was wonderful because of the leadership team at EF. Alex was supportive, friendly and pragmatic when it came to meeting work objectives and solving challenges. She is a wonderful team member to be around. I highly recommend her.

Alexanda Rannik is a doer. Never one to wait around for someone else to take the lead, Alex approaches her work with energy and enthusiasm- she doesn't only get the job done, she gets it done well. I worked with Alex for over 4 years at EF Corporate Solutions and was constantly impressed by her operational mind and positive energy. Got a complex problem? Alex can solve it, and you'll actually enjoy working alongside her while she does. So will your clients, as Alex has deep experience on client service teams and knows how to handle even the trickiest of customers. She is one of the most fun, dedicated, professional and smart people I've gotten the chance to work with and I greatly miss being her colleague. She'd be a huge asset to any organization, not only because she'll make you smile every day, but because she'll absolutely nail any task you can throw at her. And for bonus points- she's a whiz with Excel! In case you couldn't tell, I can't recommend Alex highly enough.

A full timetable at a small private school provided me with an excellent introduction to in-house Business English training. My workplaces included the Estonian Foreign Ministry, If Eesti Kindlustus, the National Archives and the National Board of Statistics. As there was no set syllabus, I had to organise the curriculum myself based on the clients' needs for their industry and job roles.
