Worked alongside the Head Distiller to create a portfolio of spirits including Gin, Vodka, Rum, aged Rums and liqueurs.Milled, mashed and distilled all on site. I worked with ownership to start more regular and cohesive social media presence and have that continue into their menus and other printed items in the building.

Now I am the Assistant Brewer & Brewery Manager. Duties include creating brewery schedule, taking inventory, placing orders, brewing signature and specialty beers, cleaning work space to standards, creating projections for tasting room needs throughout each season, and quick problem solving I also spearheaded the FemAle Brew Series where I have created recipes and with six other women we design, brew, keg, market, and sell our beer.
