      Mission: - Create the leading structure for developing emerging fashion brands. - Participate in the urban rehabilitation of two neighborhoods through the presence of attractive brands in boutiques (23 boutiques). - Develop a creative dynamic in the region through major yearly events. Strategy: Complete restructuring of the incubator through internal changes (departments, staff and overhaul of budget), services offered, brand selection criteria and industry positioning of the incubator.
