  Jurist in Bedrijf was founded in 1987 and is the only foundation in existence among the range of student associations at the Faculty of Law at Maastricht University. The main aim of Jurist in Bedrijf is to provide the Maastricht Law student with a perspective on career opportunities within the national and international professional and business sectors. With this goal in mind Jurist in Bedrijf organises an annual event for companies, firms and institutions called in Dutch the ‘Bedrijven- en Instellingendag’, as well as other recruitment activities. In addition, Jurist in Bedrijf publishes the main faculty magazine of the Law Faculty of the University of Maastricht, which is provided to the students of the Faculty of Law. With this magazine Jurist in Bedrijf keeps the law students informed about everything that is going on in the legal world today and insight is given into the atmosphere at various national and international top firms.
