Collaborated with OTR while planning and implementing skilled interventions during inpatient and outpatient care, managing 7-12 patients per week. Competent in administration and interpretation of cognitive assessments (MoCA, SLUMS, CPT, LACL), cognitive exercises and cognitive retraining to clients with CVA, TBI, Multiple Sclerosis and Dementia.
