Studentjob I worked on the project Smart’Web, which aims at media literacy for all teenagers in French-speaking Belgium. Media literacy is one of the priorities of the MiiL. The project has been theorized by a committee of expert researchers and professors. My job consisted of translating and subtitling French written texts, videos and design elements into Dutch. The Polish Institute in Brussels reached out to me after my professor recommended me as a translator. They had two job offers: First job was a translation into Dutch of an exhibition entitled “80th anniversary of the outbreak of World War II” made by the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk, commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Warsaw. Internship

After a contest in the polish school, I was offered an internship at the office of prof. Zdzisław Krasnodębski. My tasks were mostly administrative - I had to translate documents, send e-mails (make lists of guests, invite people), create brochures and do some paperwork.
