Alexandra was contracted, from UAI, to provide a spectrum of ad hoc Support Services to me, during the period in which I was Project Director based in Kyiv, for a European funded Project involving the work of a select group of International expert Consultants from Institutions and Companies in Germany and Ukraine and which included interactions with Nuclear Waste Management Operators and Regulators in Ukraine. These "Services" included - Coordination between Project Team Members in various locations in Germany and Ukraine - Translation and real time Interpretation at multi lingual/national meetings. - Organisation and Administrative Support specifically for me and in the wider context of the Project. Alexandra is a committed Pro-active and Professional Team player, with excellent Coordination and Communication skills. She was particularly good at finding the right type of additional support to facilitate and assist in the timely delivery of Project tasks and in pulling together the individual contributions from the dispersed team of Consultants and the local regulators et al. In my specific case, I required numerous Ukrainian Permits and Accounts to be put in place to allow me to live and work in Kyiv and Alexandra made it very easy for me to focus on the work and leave these other issues for her to resolve with her usual efficiency and professionalism. Alexandra has a very positive attitude, brings flair and enthusiasm to her work and energises the Team. She has excellent Communications Skills including the ability to present confidently when required. She will be an asset in any team with her personality and skill set and I regret having to leave her behind when I left Ukraine following the successful completion and delivery of the Project. However, I was taking a sabbatical and there was no obvious opportunity in view at that time. She would be equally successful outside of Ukraine, given a suitable opportunity, and I would have no hesitation in re-employing her if and when I return to Ukraine
