As a certified Buti Yoga Instructor I hold a weekly Buti Yoga class at Connecticut College where I lead a group of students through an hour long class. When away from school I fill in as a substitute Instructor at various studios. I work weekly to create new playlists to engage the classes as well as collaborate and stay up to date with Buti Yoga's format to creatively run classes.
