  - Facilitated the integration of a search tool for relevant clinical trials onto PHA’s website that is objective and user-friendly- Managed the creation of and contributed my own writing to Understanding Pulmonary Hypertension, including designing a concept for visually communicating the complex diagnosis of exclusion that is pulmonary hypertension- Leveraged resources from the well-established Early Diagnosis Campaign and PHA Online University programs to achieve the goals of the smaller, unfunded PH Care for All Initiative- Managed data collection and results dissemination for the first-ever nationwide PH Awareness study which surveyed more than 300 physicians and 1,000 people from the general population on their knowledge of PH in order to better inform the impact of PHA’s educational programs- Streamlined a process for creating speaker packets and thank-you letters for volunteers across the entire organization for PHA’s 2018 International PH Conference and Scientific Sessions- Contributed to the strategic restructuring of the Quality Care & Research department
