January 20, 2020 To whom this may concern; It is my pleasure to recommend Alexandra Korupp for hire at your organization. I have had the enjoyment to work alongside Alexandra from 2015-2018. In my then role as a Front Desk Manager with Ophthalmology Physicians & Surgeons, I was responsible for 19 employees. As our Human Resource Director, Alexandra exceeded my expectations on many levels. Alexandra demonstrated active and focused listening skills; making sure others "felt heard and felt free to express their opinions. Alexandra listened objectively and with an open mind and actively elicited feedback, even from those with opposing views. One of Alexandra's greatest attributes was teamwork and relationship-building. Alexandra encouraged group cooperation and participation, building effective teams! She was the master-mind behind resolving conflict without drama or histrionics. She would draw on the strengths of individuals and/or team members and treat people with dignity and respect. Alexandra was a wonderful colleague and made work an enjoyable atmosphere. I am confident that Alexandra will be a great addition to your company. You will be lucky to have her. Kindest Regards, Barbara Pickell Barbarapickell@gmail.com

It's been a pleasure working with Alexandra over the past four years at OPS. I have nothing but praise for Alexandra. She is professional, intelligent and an outstanding HR Director with extensive knowledge of all HR laws. I have observed her daily interactions with employees and find her to be extremely compassionate, understanding and fair-minded. I am impressed at how well she gets along with everyone. She is hardworking, conscientious and capable of taking on any task given to her. She is a real team player. After working on-site for a couple of years, she moved to North Carolina and served Ophthalmology Physicians & Surgeons remotely. Her continued effectiveness is a testament to the respect and confidence she earned from staff, management, and the owner. I will miss Alexandra greatly as the human resources function is eliminated January 2020.
