I inputed and updated patients medical data for the doctors before and after their appointments to ensure everything is correct. I made sure meaningful use was completed during the three day period that was necessary. Internship
-
Apr 2013 - Jun 2013
During my senior year of high school, for our school internship, I worked at Spectrum. Spectrum is an adult day center for people with Alzheimer's disease, here I got to know the clients on a personal level and learn about the challenges of Alzheimer's disease. I learned how it not only affected the brain, but how it affected the client with the disease, as well as their family members.
