ESG: Climate & Environment Officer Delivered the project to decarbonise the bank’s loan portfolio with Science Based Targets (SBTi) and Paris Agreement Capital Transition Assessment (PACTA) decarbonisation methodologies to meet the banks net-zero commitment. Designed and led workshops to upskill teams in Erste Group Holding and six local subsidiaries to understand net-zero decarbonisation targets. Initiated and executed Erste Group’s first climate report, non-financial reporting aligned with the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and the first-time response of the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) questionnaire. ESG: Social Banking Associate Launched Quasi-equity, a social finance instrument, enabling the entrepreneurial community to scale-up their impact. For the pilot project we supported a social business, helping to improve inclusion of deaf people, by increasing their capacity to successfully secure their largest cooperation to date. Conducted external reporting and facilitated communication with European Investment Fund and the European Commission to ensure the implementation of the Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI) Guarantee Programme. Researched and developed a Debt & Financial Management Guide for vulnerable clients which stipulated the bank to sign the Principles for Responsible Banking’s commitment to Financial Health and Inclusion.
