- Facilitated a college course, INTD 395 at SUNY Geneseo, discussing topics on resume building, building effective profiles, professionalism, FAFSA and financial aid, social-emotional learning, time management and self-care, and other necessary topics for college and career readiness. - Led two, one-hour weekly sessions with a cohort of 40 college students among all different grade-levels, discussing topics to cover with their mentees to ensure a smooth transition for these high school students. - Developed thoughtful and intriguing lesson plans for the course, as well as using outside resources to help guide these classes. - Reviewed applications and interviewed 50+ applicants for the HEROES leadership team, as well as educators for the Pathway to Success program, and incoming mentors in the 1:1 mentorship program.
