  I head up the Grant Funding team at GOSH Charity, to oversee and manage the funding of c£40m p.a. charitable expenditure towards research, technology, innovation and medical equipment, redevelopment, hospital staff support and education (GOSH Learning Academy). My team ensures we fund what is most needed by the hospital, to transform the lives of the seriously ill children treated there. I also developed the Charity's new research strategy 2022-2027, and manage the annual research spend of annual research funding of c£10m p.a. to GOSH, the Institute of Child Health at UCL and wider to national host institutions, supporting the most impactful paediatric research into rare and complex diseases and GOSH's research hospital vision.
