Ever since I have started working at Avalanche Studios Group I have improved several areas of expertise that I was previously lacking, or wasn't used with as much, amongst them being a closer partnership with the development teams. I have been an embedded QA closely working on several AA and AAA projects. Due to the nature of an embedded QA, I also learned how to better use specific crash tools, compliance testing, and advancing my knowledge on the tech side of a project development, like engine tools or the engine in itself. I have further developed a better understanding of all the stages of a project, as well as working with external teams for a better quality release of a project. Show less

Starting December 2016 I started working as a Live QA Specialist. I was given the opportunity to learn and develop software and web design skills. I started working on a web page called UbiStore (the web page for Ubisoft products). I started to work as a Junior Archivist in order to develop and consolidate my organisational knowledge, as well as develop a new methodology for leadership skills. It was a continuation of my studies at the University of Bucharest. It was also an opportunity to become better at management and improving my multi-tasking skills. I was the leader of a small team of junior archive workers. Among other missions and jobs, I have also learned to develop, create and modify special documents and files for various companies: national or international.
