Fulfilled the role to hire and lead a small team of 3D artists to create characters, environments and props for two game titles, 'Skate and Grind' and 'The Hand that Feeds', both produced during the same semester. Key Responsibilities: > Interviewed 5 out of 7 team members and tested their 3D skillsets before becoming part of the 3D art team. > Conducted weekly standups to follow up with team members are up to tasks and updated their assignments from 'in progress' to 'completed' via Trello. > Communicated with two of the Game Directors for team member performance and written out evaluations for the 3D art team (including myself) for the Producers.
