      - In charge of bestseller tracking for our biggest accounts. This includes making sure our most important orders are received on time and in full. I send reports updating key contacts on total percentage of units/lines received and show action steps for our DCs to receive and make inventory available. - In charge of bestseller late notifications to account executives and marketing so decisions can be made before late product causes us issues. - I handle all of the B2C purchase orders, inventory and related supply chain issues for e-commerce. This includes weekly replenishment for websites such as Walmart.com, Disney.com, Costco.com and Samsclub.com. - I also handle the initial monthly buys, tracking of orders and troubleshooting issues for our airport store clients including Hudson, Stellar, Trofie and Marshall. I also place replenishment orders for these stores. This spans 1,850 stores. - Create, maintain and track purchase orders across all publishers and ReaderLink distribution centers to ensure on-time and accurate delivery. Including promotional, replenishment and seasonal orders. This spans 31,620 stores. - Help build and maintain long-term relationships with our publishers, and licensors. - Communicate internally with product, marketing, operational, accounting and sales teams for various initiatives and issues, including product changes and updates, supply chain delays and issues, and analyzing customer requests. - Analyze, identify and communicate inventory issues, discrepancies and quarantined product with 6 large distribution centers across the United States. - Analyze and enter product reductions and returns to our vendors to keep our distribution centers' on hand inventory lean and reduce obsolete inventory. This task is closely tied to our finance department to generate free cash flow. - Maintain an inventory plan, and forecast inventory needs based on current sales trends, available on hand inventory and future needs.
