Alex helped me when I was losing myself in my long term career and I felt stuck and in a Rut. After a few months of coaching from him I changed my entire life , and a few years later I reached a lifestyle I could only have dreamed of in a million years. I owe him for helping me find my path to becoming financially Independent and retiring from being a freelancer to owning and running a multi-million pound company in just 3 years. Alex is a fantastic human and great coach.

Before I started working with Alex I had fallen into a trap of seeing jobs on Linked in, spending a lot of time personalising CVs and writing cover letters, and then hearing nothing back - it was very soul-destroying! After I started working with Alex he not only guided me on creating a much better quality CV and cover letters, he also taught me how to be more proactive when looking for work - targeting companies and people that I wanted to work with, rather than waiting for them to come to me. I didn’t really have any reservations other than whether I should have been spending money when I had no job - and now I’m glad I did. To anyone thinking of working with Alex - I would say, that apart from being a very sympathetic and likable person, you will also get someone who’s really dedicated to helping you, not by doing it all for you, but by being a clear-headed sounding board and shepherding you to good work search habits. Ultimately this is what helped me land a role in the sort of company I had been looking for.

"When Alex and I started working, I knew where I wanted to go but didn’t know how I was going to get there. I knew I had more to give but didn’t know how to package that and who I should be talking to. Alex coached and gave me the tools to structure my thinking, by bringing my goals to life and putting a plan together to ACTUALLY achieve them, which I did. I went from working for a small SME, being told I’ll never climb the corporate ladder as it’s a mans world, to being head hunted by a global organisation and within 2 years found myself managing a successful team for UKI and the Nordics. Some words of advice, don’t preach wine and drink water. Listen to him, do what he says, challenge him though (that’s always fun) and you’ll reap the rewards. Alex still gives me a reality check from time to time. The funny thing is, I know it’s coming. Recognition is a good place to be, it leads to a resolution so you can move forward and not wallow in some senseless rut. Attitude determines your altitude, work smart not hard and enjoy your journey, life’s to short not too."
