  I was entrusted with two projects: one dealt with employee engagement, the other with attitudes towards, and possible methods of improving recycling rates of Tetra Pak cartons within Argentina. I was given freedom to develop my own ideas and contributed to management's decision to install more recycling units in supermarkets throughout the country, as well as serious consideration being given to my wish to bring in external consultants to improve employee engagement.
