  I worked for Shmoop at two different times, both before taking a role as a full time high school English teacher and after I left that position to pursue my master's degree. My time with Shmoop displays my versatility as a writer and wide range of knowledge and interests. For them, I produced in-depth song analyses, biographies of well-known people (for a joint-project with Biography.com), and Common Core-based English/Language Arts content for grades 3-12. The quality of my work in the last area was noted and I was soon given the opportunity to edit the work of other writers.
