I was in charge of maintaining employee files and also ensuring everyone was following service goals. Then in my second year I was the Training Coordinator and I was in charge or maintaining staffing levels, setting up training schedules and training new employees. Then near the end of my time at Pickle Barrel I was transitioned into a Kitchen Manager role because I had prior kitchen management experience. In that role I was in charge of scheduling, ordering , cleanliness of the kitchen and making sure the chefs were putting out the best quality product.
