A short however very eventful and exciting 4 months with Orion Integration. Took part of a small team that was in charge of designing and developing rapid prototypes of ongoing projects. While working here: - I had revisited electrical fundamentals and consistently utilised them as I wired circuits. - Advanced my 3D modelling skills in SolidWorks - Worked hands on, developing prototypes, involving utilising plasma cutters, CNC Mills, 5 axis CNCs, Lathes and hand tools. - Serviced and troubleshooted existing in-field prototypes - Was constantly exposed to new daily problems, challenging my analytical and problem solving skills After working for Orion Integration I have found a deeper understanding of the engineering design process and am grateful for all the engineering and life knowledge Johnathan has given me.
