I worked with Alexander for almost three years in a major project at one of the largest Swedish state agencies. The project included building a private cloud, re-engineering of the IT service organization from a traditional IT delivery organization to an IT Services organization. During this project Alexander had several important roles including assistant to the head project manager, project release manager, project team leader for several areas like service catalogue process design and implementation including tools and migration from old solution, change/release/deploy process re-design. Alexander has a goal oriented and pragmatic approach in his mood of operation. Using his verbal and leadership skills he has managed to handle his areas of responsibilities in an excellent way even though there have been several more senior persons in his team. Alexander has high integrity and excellent skills in building trust with both peers and managers. I’m also impressed by the step development curve I’ve seen. Alexander is fast learner and I would rate him way above the average consultant at his age. I wish Alexander the best of luck in his future career!

Most of the team consisted of more senior practitioners than him but due to his excellent verbal and leadership skills he managed to efficiently deliver results above expectations. He demonstrated his capacity to quickly grasp problems, find a pragmatic solution and communicate this with clarity, not only with fellow practitioners but also to managers.
