Pittsburgh Pirates Sales Team

Point Park University and the Pittsburgh Pirates teamed up and made a class devoted to selling tickets for the Pittsburgh Pirates. This was a way to use our contacts that we know and the contacts that were given to us which were Point Park Alumni to use our skills we learned from the class, and put to the test. This got me valuable experience within the sports sales world which was interesting to learn about.

Pittsburgh Penguins Sales Team

Like the Pirates sales team, Point Park University teamed up with the Pittsburgh Penguins in our sports sales class and sold tickets for the Pittsburgh Penguins. Because Pittsburgh right now is a better hockey town then baseball, this was more successful, more tickets were sold then the Pirates. This whole class/experience was great for me getting experience with different teams and learning about their different styles of going about selling tickets.

Sales Associate

While working at Lahout's Ski Shop I was a sales associate, my main job there were to help people find the right items, these items were mainly shoes and clothes. The best thing that came out of these job was my experience in the shoe department. I was only there for a couple of months but I learned a lot about the shoes, and how to find the right shoe for the certain customer. This shows how much of a fast learner I am.
