  As a ropes course staff member I guided campers through the multiple routes to access the top of a 35 ft. climbing wall. Being equipped with a smart-snap belay device the campers have multiple choices of mid air elements to challenge their bodies physically and mentally. Low ropes team building activities are also incorporated on the ground. These activities build cooperation, communication, problem solving skills, and friendship with their fellow campers.
