• Design mechanical and plumbing systems for several projects with Dallas Independent School District (DISD) which includes retrofits and new additions. The mechanical systems used are mainly VAV hydronic systems comprised of chillers, cooling towers and boilers. Packaged DX Split systems with electric or gas reheat are also used but with less frequency. Plumbing systems include sanitary, storm and domestic water system for schools. • Other projects including new construction or plumbing and mechanical upgrades are: Cotton Bowl Stadium, Dallas Museum of Art, North Texas University, Flower Mound Precinct 4, Sheppard Airforce Base, Wichita Falls Municipal Airport, Meacham Municipal Airport, Shiloh Pump Station, City of Dallas District 6 Service Center, also several projects for UT Southwest Medical System and various medical offices throughout the Metroplex. • In charge of plumbing design for upgrades to Terminal E Satellite and Main Terminal at DFW International Airport in accordance of the TRIP Program. High level interaction with architects and Airport Officials to ensure correct design according to Airport Guidelines and adopted Codes.
