I had pleasure working together with Alexander on multiple occasions and was always impressed by his dedication and professionalism. Alexander is someone who only works on something if he truly believes in it himself, which makes his arguments convincing and his excitement - contagious. I learned a lot from Alexander but what stood out to me the most was his communication style - his messages are always so clear and concise, yet candid and sincere, that you just want to get engaged. This approach makes his job quite easy as he never really has to actively sell anything - people he interacts with just want it themselves! I noticed a very high level of trust Alexander was able to build with his peers, reports and managers alike - he is comfortable communicating at any level of an organization.
