The NUPR is a platform for students to publish articles and podcasts on contemporary domestic and international politics. Media appears on the website as well as in a curated magazine. Staff Writers must publish a set number of articles per semester and participate in weekly discussion meetings.

• Responsible for receiving and tracking press inquiries and interview requests at the mayor's office• Curated daily news briefs which were distributed across the mayor's office • Compiled the mayor's daily schedule and distributed it to reporters• Consistently drafted media advisories, as well as two speeches, and statements for the mayor. • Staffed numerous public events with the mayor. • Assisted with other tasks as needed by the Press, Digital, and Policy teams, from camerawork to research.
