I worked with Alex for the better part of 6 months. He started in Microsoft with prior experience but his thirst for knowledge made him an amazing co worker. I have never worked with someone in my life that would allow me to think and troubleshoot things out loud with. He was instrumental with several hard tasks that our group faced. I would refer Alex for any role, and hope to work with him again in the future.

Over the last 9 months I have had the opportunity to bring on board and work with Alex in our very busy and demanding Devices Tech Support area for the Devices Group at Microsoft. Every day brings on challenges and some tough troubleshooting and customer support situations. Alex has been very dependable and reliable as we tackle issues. He is quick to come up with critical solutions and has a sense of calm about him that assures everyone.... it will be OK. Alex is very level headed and has a keen sense of all the technical aspects of our job. Alex can multi-task and can be trusted to work independently, although working within a team is certainly more suiting for him as he engages very positively with his team. I highly recommend any job or position Alex would be seeking, especially if it would provide for him some challenges and an opportunity to grow. Wishing you, Alex, all the very best.
