During my time at Columbia University's Double Discovery Center, I offerred my assistance to students with any career and or college advice they needed. The biggest goal was to develop leaders that took initiative on their futures and learned to excel in the college environment at an early age. To provide down time, I organized a plethora of extracurricular clubs for students to participate & de-stress after long days of schoolwork like dance, mental health awareness, athletics, reading club, and a pottery club. Lastly, I communicated my findings of the development of my students throughout the summer with the administration of the center and collaboratively planned how to continue implemeting programs that promote motivation towards institutions of higher learning for young adults.
