  I was responsible for launching a brand new trade show specifically for the technical ceramics industry in April 2015. We achieved securing over 170 exhibitors and in excess of 2100 attendees. 80% of exhibitors re-booked their booths onsite. Through the creation of a focused ceramics marketplace, the exhibition draws attendance from genuine decision-makers within ceramic manufacturers and from a vast range of industries utilizing ceramic and glass materials and components, including transportation, automotive, aerospace, medical, electronics, military and environmental technology.

I was accountable for managing both the temp and permanent divisions of the business with regards to recruiting, supplying, sales, payroll and marketing . During my time I was able to significantly increase the number of clients and improve our year on year sales and billing by over 350%. I achieved the two highest billings in the company’s history.
