30 guest maximum organic farm to table eco lodge located in southern Chile/Argentina Patagonia. Sourced all produce, fruits, proteins, greens, from our 2 onsite greenhouses and farm. Total from scratch kitchen, only chef, produced all breads, pastries, breakfast/lunch/dinner services, and all BOH operations. Revolved all menus around availability of products available on site at the resort. For dinner service I offered a 5 course tasting menu that I changed weekly dependent on what I had on hand.
