Represent the bank’s interests, providing full legal support from the first stage in the courts of different jurisdictions, successfully conducted litigations in variety of difficult cases; Develop bank’s strategy in court cases based on the requirement of the current Ukrainian legislation, court practice in place, specific of the case, accompanying bankruptcy procedure of the borrower; Structuring work of the division, including work of the lawyers in bank’s outlets, in order to avoid overload and providing advises and making legal actions in-time in accordance with the bank’s interests, developing requests and reporting scheme for simplification of execution of targets and obtaining reports; Working with executive state authorities, prosecutors, resolving issues with different state authorities, including those that arise while conduction inspection of the bank; Drafting of courts suites, applications to courts and other state authorities, drafting procedures re litigations issues, enforcement, providing general services, giving authorities to the bank’s representatives, approving procedures for business support, agreements for providing different types of bank’s services (loan, mortgage, pledge, surety, guarantee, deposit, current account opening agreements, including in the part of contractual withdrawal etc.) Giving legal advises in issues related to the bank’s secrecy, AML, KYC, taxation etc. Show less
