  Over the past few summers I’ve worked at Midwest Tile & Concert I’ve clean, painted, constructed, and even disassembled product. This was all because I was a 15 year old boy driven to make his own money and to prove himself that he could do it. My role at this company was being a janitor but I wanted to be more and accomplish more than just being the, “clean up guy.” I also helped whenever asked or acknowledged that a employee was falling behind and provided help.
