  Oversee the operation of events at the Hockey Hall of Fame, ensuring they run smoothly by managing and supervising different aspects of the event. Handle any situation that may arise and diffusing situations in the stands to the best of my abilities, whether it is notifying security or a supervisor, or simply talking with the fans to see what I can do to help them.
