      As an Onboard Manager at DSB my primary areas of responsibility have been to maintain, as well as improving, communication and overall experience and safe conduct of every customer that boards the trains in the Danish as well as Swedish region in tandem with my office and DSB’s different departments. It is a way of working that I appreciate since it's important to be a part of the whole process as an Onboard Manager to get a better understanding on how you can improve your work. Furthermore, this role has also given me the opportunity to challenge my way of structuring my work, not to mention my workflow, and to take on more responsibility for my daily performances since I am responsible for not only the safe conduct of our customers on their journey but also their general experience with us and the sales connected to them. Achieving targets is highly important for both my company and for me and I’m therefore constantly finding new ways and different approaches to reach it, such as upgrading customers' purchases or onboard sales.
