  RUITC was established in 2000 in order to support the development of Innovation Technology Centres (ITCs) of Russia. RUITC network links 28 Russian ITCs; they have about 1500 client companies, R&D organisations and universities in many regions of Russia. The main RUITC’s objectives are: creation of information environment for efficient ITC communication, legal support and improvement of legislative basis of the ITCs’ operation, attraction of federal and regional funding to support the ITCs’ operation. RUITC members’ activities include: bringing the innovative developments to market products, creation of start-ups, attraction of federal and regional funding to support these activities.
