• Working alongside the operations teams to smooth the transition of transport services from provider A to provider B; • Liaise with key stakeholders within the organisations to monitor, develop and automate existing compliance systems; • Monitor activities and audit against standards to develop corrective actions that meet all requirements; • Actively monitor the work of operations staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements and that the scheduling prevents breaches, and that any non-conformance is rectified; • Daily liaison with the external partners and ensure timely feedback provided from all participants to look for ways to automate or streamline improvements to this process; • Direct investigations to verify and resolve parties’ complaints; • Conduct regular audits of the ERP System and all its components and provide corrective action reports following an audit/review to rectify non-compliances for management review; • Assist stakeholders in closing out non-compliances and ensuring remedial actions are put in place to prevent reoccurrence; • Assist with the incident, hazard and non-conformance identification and management, including participation in investigations and corrective actions that improve the operations of the business while preventing recurrence. • Analyse production and logistics needs in line with business requirements and plan schedules accordingly. • Liaise with other departments to ensure coordination of production and logistics. • Identify production and logistic discrepancies and report, resolve or recommend strategies to address. • Understand and analyse production and logistics data to identify problem areas and develop action plans to resolve them. • Ensure Production and Logistic schedules are processed in a timely and accurate manner in line with company requirements. • Analyse Production and Logistics data to identify areas of loss and develop plans to minimize risk.
