  Zum Zweck der Abonnentenbindung/-gewinnung war ich alleinverantwortlich für die Entwicklung, Produktion, Verkauf und teils auch die Durchführung der Leserreisen. Die Reisen umfassten sowohl Flugreisen, mehrtägige Busrundreisen, als auch verschiedenste Tagesfahrten. Für die Bewerbung der Anzeigen in den jeweiligen Medien gestaltete ich, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Grafikabteilung, jeweils die Anzeigen und schaltete diese auch wöchentlich in den Printmedien des Verlages.   As cruise consultant working on bord of Mein Schiff (TUI Cruises) I was responsible for future cruise sales. The challenge was to motivate guests to book another expensive cruise while still enjoying the current one. As this position was brand new on board of Mein Schiff I was also responsible to establish Standard Operation Procedures and to develop a successful working routine. The target of creating 100% more revenue compared to the previous year was overachieved upon my departure. As this job was a completely new experience in one of the most unusual working environments, I decided after just 2.5 months that my feet belong on solid ground again.
