Key User (Service Delivery Associate)
-
Jan 2021 - Mar 2023
I have previously worked as a service delivery associate within the Dispute Resolutions UK team assisting customers with uniquely complex disputes cases and queries. Currently, I have taken upon myself the additional main task of working as a Key User. As a key user, we firstly work to tackle problems and blockers within our customer service routines in order to provide a smoother experience for customers and the stores we work with. Secondly, we work to improve and update the routines based on inflow of new market changes and product launches which affect the way agents handle disputes. As a small team, it is not only important that we become experts on all matters disputes, but that we also cooperate with other teams and domains to ascertain that our routines and changes are aligned with the processes of the rest of the company. Farm Hand

Jul 2020 - Oct 2020
I worked as a jackaroo on a cattle farm a couple of hours outside Tamworth in order to gather the 88 days of farm work required to apply for a second year working holiday visa in Australia. My duties included mustering and taking care of cattle around the property, tending to 6 polo horses daily, and performing fence work and other manual jobs. During the weekends I would attend polo events with the farm manager and prepare the horses for him before games. In the brewery I would prepare, tend to and clean the kegging and canning lines. My main duties included handling the non-automated steps of packaging and trouble-shooting any problems that may occur during a packaging run. I am more than used to being on my feet all day, being observant of any maintenance that must be done on the machines during the run and working uninterruptedly during longer shifts In the brewery I would prepare, tend to and clean the kegging and canning lines. Bartender

Oct 2019 - Feb 2020
As a runner at the gastropub Post Office Hotel in Coburg I would bring food out from the kitchen for customers who had ordered at the bar, bring in plates and glasses to wash, and in general keep the dining areas neat and tidy. If required I would also step behind the bar during busy times and help my colleagues. Toward the end of the night I would perform a deep clean of all the tables and the bar, and shut the pub down. Security Guard
-
Jun 2018 - Sep 2018
I worked as a security guard in the solitary confinement wherein our particular concern was firstly security and secondly the daily processes that had to be carried out on the wing to ensure the well-being of the clients. Beyond pre-empting and stopping outbreaks of violence the role included administrative duties such as writing reports based on incidents or intelligence gathered from watching the clients. It also included coordinating with other parts of the prison to ensure clients attended their necessary appointments, bringing food, and giving individuals their daily medicinal doses. I also worked in the laundry building, a four story building which washed tons of clothes each day. There I tended to the machines, worked together with clients during sessions aimed at putting them back into work as a form of rehabilitation, and made the sure the industry processes of the building flowed well between each level. Fundraiser
-
Jun 2017 - Aug 2017
I worked as a fundraiser on the streets of Stockholm, advertising the charity to pedestrians on the street in order to attract donations aimed toward relieving suffering refugees worldwide. The job involved marketing the charity using an array of sales techniques. Particularly persuading pedestrians to stop on the street to listen to one's pitch, presenting a convincing image of the charity, and providing humanitarian reasons for donating. We often worked in teams, supporting and protecting each other, and the job had its given dangers being on the street and with strangers. Nonetheless, we all helped each other improve our pitches, and cumulatively we were one of the best teams around Sweden that summer. Show less

Secondly, I worked as a part of admin and adjusted orders within the data system, keeping prices, order numbers, and availability up to date. I also stayed in contact with distributors and negotiated order numbers based on demand and possible increases or decreases thereof. I worked two different roles in the company.
