  BRUCE combines 500 unique studios, gyms and training centers into one membership. As the Lead Web Developer at BRUCE, I was responsible for our public web site, the development of our new public web site, and our admin/back office site. The role included helping my fellow web developers, evaluating our code architecture, code reviews, and of course developing new features. Most of my time was spent writing JavaScript, HTML and CSS for our existing pages using React, Redux and styled-components. During my time I implemented changes to our architecture to improve our work flow in the future. For our new public web site, I implemented a new architecture with Next.js (https://nextjs.org/) to create a much more performant server side rendered React site.   Cloud Nine is a digital agency that does design, development, analysis and strategy with a focus on the web and e-commerce. During my time as Front-end Developer at Cloud Nine I went from intern, to developer, to senior developer, to lead developer for my team. My team focused on developing custom e-commerce sites, based on Litium’s e-commerce platform (https://www.litium.se/). I had the opportunity to work on five e-commerce projects, being the lead front-end developer on four of the projects. In 2019, thanks to the brilliant designers I worked with at Cloud Nine, two of the projects I was lead developer on got the honor of being nominated for the Swedish Design Award (Svenska Designpriset, https://designpriset.se) in the e-commerce category. And one of those projects ended up winning the award that year. In 2020, another of the e-commerce projects I was lead developer on is also nominated for the same award. I worked with many clients and tech stacks. Some of the main tools I used on a daily basis consisted of React, Redux, styled-components, Node.js and Next.js.
