My team develops and sells worldwirde system solutions based on SICK sensors in Factory Automation.First successful system solution was the RCO system RapCo. RapCo (Rapid Changeover) is a complete, individual system solution comprising sensors, drives, a control system, display, and cabling. This system solution adjusts mechanical stops automatically and safeguards both product quality and productivity. RapCo is based on the concept of a black box, which allows all the required settings to be configured via the display. This does not require any knowledge of PLC programming. The features that make RapCo a winning solution are its precision, repeatability, time savings, batchspecific settings, reduced waste, and documentable process and production quality.   Precision Motors Deutsche Minebea GmbH, based in Villingen-Schwenningen, is the largest motor development centre in the international network of the Japanese Minebea Co. Ltd., Tokyo. Our BLDC-motors are inserted there where dial mechanism solutions are demanded on the highest standard. We offer the customers system solutions from motor, electronics and mechanical components. Our familie from BLDC motors between 0.1 W to circa 300 W performance range.I was responsible as projectmanager for projects with BLDC and stepper motors for endcustomers Hella (Automotive - Car lighting) and Festool (Battery tools). Beside the internal and external coordination in these projects I was responsible for strategic projectreview with Minebea Headquarter in Japan.
