  Upon commencement of this role I supervised the pool areas of the centre, as well as assisting in ensuring other areas of the centre are available and satisfactory for customer use. Towards the latter part of my time as Lifeguard I regularly undertook the role of Team Leader. This role involved managing the operations team and assisting the Duty Manager in areas of operational management around the centre during the shift.
