  I am working as an assistant staff member within a teaching capacity and within a boarding capacity. In teaching I may be used as an aide to specific students who may require extra help on a certain day. I am also an aide to Games sessions in which I help with football, rugby and cricket. Within a boarding capacity I work within a team of 8 attending to all boarders needs. From waking up the boarders to leading activities to entertain them in the afternoons, we act as parents to the boarders.   I spent almost two years in many different roles from tour guide to aiding in the LFT testing centre on campus. The job allowed me to explore leadership skills as I led tours of the university on my own to prospective students and families. When Covid-19 became an issue we began testing students on campus. I was employed to help make sure we were being safe within our facility and staying up to the government's standards.
