Performed thermal analysis on existing heat sink designs for automotive headlights and tail lights. This involved the understanding of electrical components and their material for consideration in thermal conductivity, radiation, and heat generation. From this analysis, I created thermal simulation guidelines for employees to follow after the end of my term of employment.Beyond this, I also provided engineering support in the compilation of test data in the form of Excel spreadsheets as well as completing engineering drawings in the absence of my supervisor. Furthermore, I was asked to attend meetings and provide insights into problems arising during vibration testing.
